Warranty Policy
When you first receive your brand new Cosatto stuff, if the goods are damaged inside, send us an email straight away and we will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.
Replacements or exchanges of Cosatto Philippines products due to change of mind are not allowed. Only Cosatto Philippines products that are damaged upon receipt can be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once you have arranged a collection. When we get it back, we’ll check it’s in a new unused condition, then credit you the full value of your return. Please note all refunds can take 5-7 working days from the date we receive.
To qualify for the Cosatto Philippines’ returns and exchange policy, you must present your warranty card issued by Cosatto Philippines as well as the defective product.
