What is the Cosatto 5 Point Plus (5PP) ‘Anti Escape System’?What does it do?

The 5 Point Plus system is attached onto the harness making the space that your little one would usually slip their arms through, considerably smaller, effectively leaving less room to wriggle. In tests, 9 out of 10 children could not get their arms out of the 5PP harness, making it virtually impossible to escape.

Research has shown that 70% of children manage to wriggle out of their car seat harness, putting themselves at the risk of injury and distracting the driver from the road.

 Cosatto are the only car seat manufacturer to have integrated this system into all of our harnesses on all our suitable car seats.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at cosattoph@gmail.com right away so that we can accommodate your request. However, if the product has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t. The shipping fee is charged to the client upon check out.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. After pick up, you may expect your order to arrive in 3-4 days for Metro Manila, and 7-9 days for provincial areas.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will depend on the size of your purchases.

Do you ship nationwide?

Our courier Ninja Van does its best to offer deliveries nationwide. To find out if you are within their serviceable area, you can check out their delivery coverage area here.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and GCash payments via _____, and manual deposits to BDO and GCash as well.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery or Installments?

Unfortunately, we don’t but you can still pay through other methods like GCash or credit card.

Return & Exchange
What is your Return and Exchange policy?

Replacements or exchanges of Cosatto Philippines products due to change of mind are not allowed. Only Cosatto Philippines products that have hidden defects can be returned or exchanged, and the return or exchange must be made within one (1) month from the date of purchase of the product concerned.

If you find that a Cosatto Philippines product is defective within one (1) month from the date of purchase, kindly send us an email at cosattoph@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you to investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.
